Ryan brings over a decade of experience working with trades and field service businesses, combined with deep expertise in systems architecture and software development. Having watched contractors lose money and clients to administrative chaos, he set out to build the platform he kept wishing existed. Ryan leads product vision, commercial strategy, and Hyperion's technical architecture.
Achmad leads Hyperion's technical foundation — the architecture, infrastructure, and engineering standards that make offline-first operation, real-time sync, and enterprise-grade reliability possible on a mobile-first platform. His focus is building software that works in the real conditions trades businesses operate in: poor connectivity, high pressure, one-handed.
Kelvin is the trades industry voice inside Hyperion. With direct experience in UK construction and installation operations, he bridges the gap between what software companies think trades contractors need and what they actually need. Kelvin leads UK market strategy, customer relationships, and ensures every product decision is grounded in real field experience.
